Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workday PATT Lead with expertise in Payroll/Absence/Time implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Workday Payroll solutions, along with broader payroll system knowledge (e.g., ADP, Oracle). US/Canada Payroll experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the PATT workstream in Workday implementation projects.
Design and deploy Workday PATT solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Manage Workday PATT configurations, updates, and migrations to production.
Provide support for PATT processes, including post-payroll activities (e.g., posting, bank transfers, paychecks).
Address legal, regulatory, and year-end reporting requirements in Workday.
Research and resolve Workday PATT issues and support new client requirements.
Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
Advise clients on industry standards, leading practices, and innovative solutions.
Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday/Accenture methodologies.
Provide project status updates to the Project Manager and manage client relationships.
Here’s what you need:

Workday Absence, Payroll or Time Tracking Certification

Minimum of 3 years of Workday Payroll or Absence or Time Tracking implementation experience.

Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Senior Consultant or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
