Technical Solution Architect / Core Banking Architecture Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for core banking implementation and transformation programs.
- Design scalable, distributed, and microservices-based architectures aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Lead architecture design across application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and DevOps domains.
- Architect integrations with digital channels, payment systems, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms using APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Define data architecture, migration strategies, reconciliation frameworks, and data governance standards.
- Design high-availability, disaster recovery, and cloud/on-premise deployment architectures.
- Establish security architecture, access controls, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology environments.
- Minimum 5 years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Architecture roles.
- Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end core banking implementation or modernization program.
- Strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, API architecture, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Experience with integration platforms, event-driven architectures, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, security architecture, and regulatory requirements.
