Business Analyst (Operations, Reporting & Data)
Summary:
The Business Analyst will support the program's stakeholders with providing relevant data reports, derived from the provided tools and sources. The Business Analyst will also help with the analysis of the data according to the business case and communicate it on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
Support business processes and workflow.
Identify any associated issues and risks.
Monitor performance and results and provide relevant analysis.
Is in charge of database management.
Perform data and application maintenance updates.
Take ownership of processes and individual tasks/responsibilities.
Escalate database issues and acts as a first POC for customer escalations.
Communicate to both internal and external clients.
Identify, escalate data and program specific issues to appropriate level of management.
Proactively identify internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process.
Generate and analyze Tier I & II client reporting.
Work closely with external stakeholders to develop and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking.
1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Supply Chain/Operations analytical roles
Experience supporting business processes, performance monitoring, and reporting for stakeholders
Hands-on experience with database management, data maintenance, and reporting tools
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups) and MS Office
Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and data quality
Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Education/Certification requirement:
Bachelor’s degree.
