We are:

Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, and Industry X services—powered by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.

Accenture’s Data & AI practice helps organizations across Canada define, build, and scale data- and AI-led transformations. We partner with leading technology providers and ecosystem partners to help clients move from strategy to execution and measurable business value.

You are:

A growth-focused sales leader with strong experience selling Data & AI services into large enterprise clients. You have a consistent track record of delivering against multi-million-dollar sales targets and thrive in complex, consultative selling environments. You are comfortable engaging senior client executives while working hands-on with pursuit teams to shape, position, and close opportunities.

You bring strong market insight across Data & AI strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms, and you know how to translate those capabilities into compelling client value propositions.

The work:

As an Associate Director – Data & AI Sales, you will be responsible for driving large deals personally while also managing the overall target and strategy for Accenture’s Data & AI Services within Canada, with a primary base in either Toronto or Montreal.

You will:

  • Own an Individual Sales Target, focused on new sales origination and expansion within existing accounts. You will also manage the overall practice target.
  • Lead sales pursuits across Data & AI Strategy, Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, and AI-enabled transformation.
  • Originate and qualify opportunities by working closely with industry account teams and client stakeholders.
  • Shape and execute deal strategies, including client messaging, value articulation, pricing, and commercial structures.
  • Partner with Accenture Strategy, Technology, and delivery leadership to ensure solution alignment and deal closure.
  • Drive ecosystem and alliance-led opportunities, collaborating with Data & AI technology partners and hyperscalers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives, positioning Accenture as a long-term Data & AI transformation partner.
  • Operate within large, cross-functional pursuit teams, directing specific sales activities and supporting overall deal execution.
  • Contribute to market activation, pipeline development, and account planning across priority industries.
  • Travel may be required depending on client needs and sales pursuits.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

What you need:

  • Proven experience selling Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud-based services to enterprise clients.

  • Demonstrated success delivering annual sales targets in the $20M–$50M range.

  • Strong understanding of Data & AI strategy, modern data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven business use cases.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from qualification through close.

  • Ability to engage senior client leaders and influence enterprise-level decisions.

  • Experience working with technology and ecosystem partners to co-create and co-sell solutions.

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
