WORK YOU WILL DO:
The Workplace Services Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of endpoint assets and direct client support. This position involves setting up, repairing, and upgrading laptops and desktops, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, basic administration of devices in Intune, and providing end-user support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, is comfortable interacting with end-users providing direct assistance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, repair, and upgrade laptops and desktops in compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and functionality of laptops and desktops, including antivirus, updates, backups, and encryption.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Provide user support and training on Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other company-approved applications.
- Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure the quality and availability of IT services.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all devices comply with company security protocols and standards.
- Proactively monitor and address potential vulnerabilities to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Intune policies and basic administrative tasks.
- Must be able to work on site 5 days per week and travel to different locations as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's in computer engineering or related field.
- 5+ years working with MS Windows 10 /11 and / or Office 365
- 3+ years working with Intune and/or Active Directory
- Working knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by following standard procedures or through independent research
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, AZ-900, MS-900, and/or MD-102
- Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Fluent in English and French

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
