SAP Tax/Product Costing Associate Manager

You are an experienced SAP Tax/Product Costing Team Member with strong expertise in SAP FI Taxes (FI – AP/AR) and advanced knowledge of Product Costing and Inventory. You excel in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing integrated solutions that optimize financial and costing operations.
- Analyze organizational processes and design future-state business and system solutions.
- Assess the current business model and its integration with SAP S/4Hana.
- Evaluate customer requirements, map business processes, and define functional specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP FI Taxes and Product Costing, supporting cross-team alignment.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate business requirements.
- Provide process and system recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform solution strategies.
- This role requires to in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years' experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Product Costing and Inventory.
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP FI Taxes (FI-AP/AR).
- Experience analyzing and defining business processes with financial and costing functions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience with SAP S/4Hana is highly advantageous.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across
Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common
language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking
stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's
activities to avoid this requirement.

- Fluency in English required, French an asset.
