You Are:
A Finance & Controlling (FICO) functional professional with expertise in SAP CO Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Management Accounting. You excel at analyzing processes, designing future-state solutions, and aligning financial operations to SAP best practices. You bring strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.
The Work:
Analyze organizational financial processes and design optimized, scalable SAP CO solutions.
Assess current-state business models and define future-state process designs aligned with technology strategy.
Collaborate with FP&A and broader FICO teams to support CO-related processes.
Provide expertise in Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
Support Management Accounting and Project Systems for integrated financial operations.
Engage cross-functionally to support decisions and resolve process challenges.
Conduct research and synthesize information to identify improvements.
This role requires to be in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Strong functional experience across SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA, MA).

Ability to analyze and redesign financial processes.

Experience creating future-state design documentation.

Strong cross-team communication and decisions support skills.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:

You have SAP S/4Hana Finance experience.

You have supported FP&A transformation initiatives.

Fluency in English required, French an asset.
