You Are:
A detail-oriented and analytical Finance Process & Operations Processor with strong expertise in SAP finance processes, reporting, and data analysis. You excel at supporting financial operations, driving cross-team alignment, enhancing reporting capabilities, and providing insights that guide business decisions. You are collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
The Work:
Provide metrics and reporting to support core finance functions.
Coordinate and support financial analytics, reporting, and operational processes.
Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and insights that support decision-making.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to increase financial visibility.
Offer solutions to challenges impacting both immediate and cross-functional teams.
Provide training and support to team members on financial reporting tools and methods.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to advance finance function maturity.
This role requires to be in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM treasury and risk management (TRM).

Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO module.

Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4Hana FI - General Ledger.

Experience analyzing financial data, developing reports, and managing recurring metrics.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational excellence.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:

You have experience with S/4Hana transformations.

You have exposure to financial compliance, controls, or audit support.

You are skilled in data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

You have experience leading or facilitating finance process workshops.

Fluency in English required, French an asset.
