About you:
We are looking for a leader to oversee large, complex technology programs in the Capital Markets space, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams while ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines program management, client account leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in leading Capital Market platforms.

The work:

  • Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location

  • Ability to act as Client account Platforms Manager for various clients

  • Ability to act as delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work

  • Ability to originate sales and manage opportunities

  • Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors

  • Proven in depth knowledge and recognized market track record with one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,…)

  • Proven in-depth knowledge and recognized market track record with one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,…)

  • Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location

  • Ability to act as Client account Platforms Manager for various clients

  • Ability to act as delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work

  • Ability to originate sales and manage opportunities

  • Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
