アクセンチュア関連会社ののビジネス部門を担当するHRビジネスパートナーとして、マネジメント層との信頼関係を構築し、部門固有あるいは組織全体の人事課題について、問題解決への人事提案ならびに必要アクションを協力しながら推進していただきます。
◆具体的な業務内容
・採用プロセスの見直しおよび改善を、採用チームと連携して推進
・入社から退職までの各フェーズにおいて、社員からの相談対応やコーチングを実施
・評価・報酬決定プロセスにおいて、部門リーダーへ人事観点での助言と意思決定支援を提供
・タレントマネジメント／パフォーマンスマネジメントにおける喫緊の課題の特定と改善提案
・社員・管理職向け人事関連トレーニングの企画・実施・ファシリテーション
・社員エンゲージメントやインクルージョン＆ダイバーシティ（I&D）施策におけるCoE（専門組織）や部門リーダーとの連携・推進
・労務手続き対応および関連部署との連携による組織・カルチャー醸成支援
◆応募要件(MUST)
・経験：
- 人事労務経験5年以上
- 人事領域のゼネラリストとしての業務担当者経験（給与・社保、オン/オフボーディング、勤怠管理）
・スキル
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語スキル（日常会話以上、ビジネス英語・読み書きに支障なし、TOEIC600以上）
※オフィス通勤圏から出社できる方
◆望ましい経験・スキル(WANT)
・経験
- 人事労務またはHRBPの実務経験7年以上
- チームリーダー、または後輩育成・支援の経験
- IT業界、コンサルティング業界、またはプロジェクト型ビジネスでの人事経験
- 労務案件（休職・復職、パフォーマンス／行動課題、ハラスメント対応等）を上司と連携して対応した経験
- 海外メンバーと英語で協業した経験（会議、メール、プロジェクト等）
- 外資系・ベンチャー企業での人事経験（制度やプロセスが未確立な中でも対応してきた経験）
・スキル
- 業務上必要な法令とその取り扱いについての基本的な知識
- 対面・オンラインを問わず、常にプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションができる方
