In this role you will:

  • Lead engagements to help clients:

    • Develop their purpose-driven eMobility strategy

    • Align to company culture to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement

    • Re-imagine operating models to drive a eMobility strategy

    • Drive business performance through strengthening inclusion, diversity, and belonging

    • Reskill and upskill talent to build a future-ready workforce with sustainability embedded at its core

  • Leverage your core consulting skills to understand and structure the clients’ challenges; develop hypotheses on solutions; undertake market and trends assessments and develop business cases to unlock value and enhance sustainability outcomes related to eMobility

  • Use your deep Electric Vehicle (EV) industry knowledge, to advise clients on their eMobility transformation

  • Build client relationships and develop your pipeline of work through opportunity, proposal, and commercial phase

  • Support knowledge building efforts such as developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and relevant thought leadership, insights and engage with the wider eMobility community across Accenture globally


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience.

  • More than 3 years relevant experience in eMobility / EV charging

  • Proven experience with qualitative analysis, research, and business case development

  • Relationship building at all levels, including with board members and c-suite executives

  • Executive presence, clear and concise oral and written communication skills

  • Staff development and mentoring

  • Comfort leading presentations and facilitating workshops with large audiences

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and summarize into clear data points

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical engineering or related field

  • Master’s Degree preferred

Set yourself apart:

  • Experience working on eMobility engagements in one or more industries which are leading the eMobility transformation including: energy, automotive, utilities

  • Ability to deliver on topics including sustainable growth and portfolio strategy related to eMobility; business model diagnostics

  • Future operating model and sustainability leadership; purpose-led strategies, working with board members

  • Strong understanding of the eMobility landscape to guide clients on how to prioritize business opportunities

  • Experience of using digital technologies to solving clients’ complex business and sustainability problems

  • Confidence to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner and to constructively challenge team members and leadership to ensure the right client outcomes and value are delivered

  • EV Mobility​:

    • Expertise on how to adapt the charging cycle of Electric Vehicles to both the conditions of the power system and the needs of vehicle users to minimize the charging cost while improving the customer experience and protecting the integrity of the vehicle. It also address the needs of our clients related to the associated billing processes, roaming and interoperability with other players, and data analysis

    • Expertise in Services and Solutions to optimize the customer experience related to the deployment and management of charging infrastructures (public or private) required for Electric Vehicles. It considers the full cycle from the commercialization, the design of the solution, the installation and the maintenance of the behind the meter infrastructure

    • Expertise in Services and Solutions to help organizations to make the change to an electric fleet including also the demonstration on how to reduce costs, CO2 emissions and realize other benefits important to the business​

  • Experience in Utilities and/or Energy
