Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to vendor invoice processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Competence in optimizing software performance and ensuring scalability of solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
