Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while continuously monitoring the scalability and performance of the software products. The lead also fosters an environment of innovation and quality, driving the team towards successful delivery of complex software systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful services and database management.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring code quality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
