Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive successful project outcomes and maintain seamless communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within financial consolidation environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex application challenges.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application management.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
