Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the testing lifecycle by integrating continuous and efficient quality engineering practices. You focus on streamlining processes to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the testing phases. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by leveraging innovative tools and solutions, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of product quality and reliability in a dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and quality improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages relevant to automation.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute automated test cases.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
