Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing priorities and proactive coordination to keep all aspects of the program or project on track.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Requirement Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Scrum, Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Requirement Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools to maintain transparency and accountability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
