Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary-
The Plant Simulation Lead will be responsible for leading discrete event simulation activities, guiding engineers, and delivering high-quality manufacturing simulation solutions using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Discrete Event Simulation (DES) projects using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Develop and review material flow, logistics, and production system models.
- Perform throughput, bottleneck, capacity, and what-if analyses.
- Mentor and technically guide Plant Simulation engineers.
- Own model validation using real production data and KPIs.
- Communicate simulation results to stakeholders and customers.
- Support scope definition, estimation, and delivery planning.
Required Experience & Skills
- SimTalk scripting for model customization.
- Strong expertise in Discrete Event Simulation (DES).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing systems (assembly, machining, logistics).
- Experience leading small teams or technical workstreams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Digital Twin, MES/MOM, or PLM concepts.
- Experience with FlexSim or AnyLogic.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
