- (Internal Title: Contract Administration and Procurement III)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for assigned tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships, develop mutual trust and understanding with client and contractor.
- Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work against various contracts, claims, procurements, or other commercial issues
- Exercise authority in managing the work and controlling the management of contracts and procurements per the commercial and procurement management plans
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans through both the procurement and administration process of the contracts
- Track, analyze, and report on performance against commercial requirements, schedules, milestones, budgets, contingency, quality measures, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate
- Consult with the assigned Accenture Performance Lead to seek guidance and input during the key phases of the contract or project
- Support the Commercial Team in the delivery of the commercial objectives for the project.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships, developing mutual trust and understanding with the client and contractor.
- Control, manage, and report contractual obligations from procurement to final account, including contract administration involving Early Warnings and Change Control.
- Support aspects of contract administration, including change management and reporting on progress.
- Training and development, mentoring of junior staff
- Supports teams understanding of the Contract.
- Support aspects of contract administration, including payment certification, reconciliations, cost reporting, change management and reporting on progress.
- Complete any tasks assigned by the project reporting manager in an efficient and timely manner
Working Conditions
- Office-based or site-based

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Contract Administration or Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply Management
- Holding recognized certification in specified fields of Engineering, Contracts Management, Program Management, or Procurement Management including Project Management certification - PMI (Project Management Institute), Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certificate Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or equivalent

- In-depth understanding of prevailing Commercial Management methods
- Proficient in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate contract or procurement performance
- Competent in Project Management software
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, and negotiating contract terms
- Readiness to learn other Commercial Management, Procurement, and Project Management software on the job
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
