- (Internal Title: Scheduling II)
- Apply applicable knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of the Master project schedule by defining activities, dependencies, and interfaces, with support from more experienced project team members
- Support the development and maintenance of all the required project schedules and ensure data integrity across the entire project life cycle
- Review scope changes and claims for schedule and cost impact, and provide feedback to financial and contract management staff
- Create and implement key scheduling requirements such as activity coding, naming conventions, client requirements management protocol, project calendars, resource, and plant data libraries
- Interact with the Contractor personnel to review and analyze contract schedules
- Interpret and monitor schedule variances, floats, trends, and schedule KPIs
- Administer the progress measurement process and examine progress and performance data
- Prepare schedule reports, graphs, and cost and schedule performance reports for project review meetings
- Coordinate, collect, verify, perform, and integrate the work scope for all entities into the total project plan
- Develop required progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to all internal and external clients
- Provide guidance to Scheduling I
- Complete any tasks assigned by Scheduling III or higher in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Holding a recognized certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP is considered an asset
- Oracle Primavera P6 certificate is considered an asse
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Competent in Primavera P6 Project Management software
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, Synchro, Power BI, and TILOS is an asset
- In-depth understanding of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects
- Must be willing to maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
