Sales Capture Manager/Director

As an AI Sales Capture lead, you help clients identify, shape, and accelerate transformative AI opportunities. You combine commercial excellence, market insight, and strategic thinking to drive growth through AI, Generative AI, Data & AI, and technology-enabled business reinvention.
You build trusted executive relationships, originate new opportunities, shape complex pursuits, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to create differentiated solutions and measurable business value.
THE WORK
Be part of the team to help:
- Create and shape AI-led growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
- Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, stakeholder engagement plans, and competitive positioning approaches.
- Lead complex sales pursuits from qualification through deal closure.
- Build compelling AI value propositions that connect technology innovation with measurable business outcomes.
- Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to define transformation priorities and investment strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Consulting, Data & AI, Technology, Operations, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive solution shaping, commercial structuring, pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Identify emerging AI market opportunities and help define go-to-market strategies for new offerings and solutions.
- Contribute to Accenture's AI growth agenda through thought leadership, innovation, and market development activities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales origination, capture management, consulting sales, business development, or complex deal leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale pursuits and enterprise transformation opportunities.
- Experience developing and managing executive-level client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen including deal shaping, pricing strategy, contract structuring, and negotiation.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or related technology services.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to originate and shape new business opportunities.
