(Internal Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist)

  • Support with the assessment and recommendations of job board procurement, aligned with well-crafted research and due diligence 
  • Review and approve team requisitions in Deltek, ensuring they are ready to be promoted on our website and external sites 
  • Provide the final approval of shortlisted applicants for developed work packages  
  • Manage relocation of newly onboarded or soon-to-be employees 
  • Submit work packages to BULs (Confidential Information: Salary etc.) with minimal guidance and review from the Talent Acquisition Manager. Maintain and make certain high-quality standards of the work package  
  • Benchmark requested and proposed salary details (aligned with the compensation framework) 
  • Evaluate and revise processes, workflows, and team templates 
  • Act as a SME relating to Onboarding Documentation 
  • Lead team meetings and filter takeaways for the Talent Acquisition Manager 
  • Conduct preliminary candidate intakes (pre-screen)    
  • Support hiring managers by uploading their interview screening notes in Deltek under “workbench”     
  • Collect and analyze any external job board statistics (successes and challenges)    
  • Process and evaluate job applications and assess their suitability for current or future hiring needs within our 5-day SLA     
  • Update candidate notes in Deltek daily  
  • Schedule business leaders in for interviews and start the meetings when needed   
  • Participate and exchange information with the team relating to upcoming career fairs, networking events, and details relating to professional associations    
  • Identify and source candidates for active resourcing needs in Deltek as well as on external sites   
  • Open requisitions in Deltek and change their status based on the TA workflow    
  • Cross-post requisitions on external sites such as LinkedIn   
  • Add fully vetted candidates to pools in Deltek   
  • Perform reference checks and upload the completed documents to MS Teams   
  • Analyze and research the company's attractiveness as an employer and share results    
  • Upload resumes into Deltek   
  • Promote corporate values, cultural competencies and skills    
  • Participate in and encourage a high-performing team culture   
  • Deal with internal customers to coordinate and support various tasks and respond within our company SLAs   
  • Negotiate offer terms and conditions based on defined parameters  
  • Send out rejection letters through Deltek, for those not selected for active resourcing requirements  
  • Proactively and regularly make recommendations on how to attract top and unique talent   
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers for all new active resourcing needs  
  • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers related to the requisition status and any associated challenges  
  • network with internal employees to promote and support the upload of referrals  
  • Guide managers on hiring decisions based on interview notes and completed references, ensuring each hire is aligned with our Core Values and suitability for long-term mutual growth  
  • Monitor and hold self accountable for filling requisitions  
  • Facilitate the weekly onboarding agenda and all associated actions leading up to each Monday  
  • Initiate and present offer letters through the Deltek tool  
  • Initiate onboarding in Deltek  
  • Close roles in Deltek and all associated actions including the communications with each candidate who was not successful in the interview process  
  • Develop and format the requested staff CVs   
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the supervisor in an efficient and timely manner

 WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office-based
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience   
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working in the engineering or project management industry  
  • Knowledge of HR databases (ATS and Candidate Management Systems) 
  • Senior level of Talent Acquisition knowledge (innovative interviewing techniques, offer letter standards, tough negotiations, relocations and LMIA, etc.) 
  • Record and report job optimization  
  • Capable of compiling and evaluating team KPIs and overall metrics 
  • Attention to detail with sound skills in verifying and benchmarking financial information for offer letters 
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Prioritize the recording and capture of candidate interactions 
  • Able to guide people leaders on hiring decisions Organization skills 
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership    
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities     
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)   
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office  
  • Skilled in negotiations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
