THE WORK: 

 

As a Digital Adoption Platforms Consultant in our Digital Learning & Learning Technologies practice, a typical day might include: 

 

  • Serving Subject Matter Expert, Quality Assurance and/or advisory role for digital adoption platforms (such as WalkMe, WhatFix or similar) at Clients 

  • Designing and developing digital adoption assets such as walkthroughs, shoutouts, tooltips, and similar 

  • Guiding Clients in selecting the right use cases for DAP solutions and setting up KPIs to measure the impact, 

  • Collaborating with the Business Change and Comms & Engagement teams to build a cohesive digital adoption strategy for the Client, 

  • Configuring, administering, managing and/or reporting from digital adoption platforms, 

  • Supporting Clients in setting up Digital Adoption Center of Excellence, including ways of working, DAP product strategy, and success metrics, 

  • Deploying/publishing digital adoption and learning assets at Client, 

  • Managing learning and development projects and project plans including timelines, resources, staffing, budget, evaluation.  

 

 

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but the Consulting way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree 

  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be a plus) 

  • 5+ years of experience in the learning and development space 

  • 2+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies, learning models and theories, e.g: ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation, etc. 

  • 3+ years of experience in learning assets development with the use of at least one of the following digital adoption tools: WalkMe, Whatfix or similar 

  • Experience in using AI tools at work – especially in the process of design and development of learning assets 

  • Evidenced experience in deployment of digital adoption assets/platform in the context of ERP, CRM or HR systems implementations and adoption 

  • Experience in learning assets development with at least one of the following authoring tools: MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe After Effects will be a plus 

  • Exposure/skills to any of the following additional domains would be a strong asset: low-/pro-code AI development skills, change management, HR processes, knowledge management
