THE WORK:

You will be actively involved in innovative projects helping our manufacturing Clients (CGS, Med Tech, Auto, High Tech, etc.) transform, grow and adapt within manufacturing in an increasingly digital world

You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge digital solutions across industries

You will manage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience across the industries

You will deliver high-impact client solutions by bringing together offerings with a clear understanding of the client problem statement

You will support development of offerings, materials, tools as well as develop personal capability in manufacturing area
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:·

2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry e.g. planning and/or plant / shopfloor operations with a understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shop floor)
-
Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and IT-OT architecture, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards will be an advantage
-
Experience in implementing smart manufacturing solution on IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure will be an advantage
-
Experience working in the deployment of the MES, functionals requirements gathering, designing the application blueprint, creating test scenarios, performing regression testing, creating technical documentation will be an advantage
-
English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German, Spanish or French will be an advantage
Key skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design

Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders.

Excellent problem solving & root cause analysis skills.

Excellent project management & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model

Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
