WHO WE ARE

As a member of the Capital Markets team, you will work for top brokerage houses and offices in Poland and Europe, help financial institutions transform their front-to-back operations and drive growth by leveraging digital innovation, data, and advanced technologies. You will support clients across areas such as trading, post-trade processing, risk and regulatory compliance, and client experience, enabling them to become more agile, efficient, and resilient in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving market environment.

THE WORK

  • Lead and oversee change initiatives for capital markets and brokerage clients, ensuring successful delivery across projects

  • Provide strategic guidance based on deep understanding of the brokerage lifecycle, including trading and post-trade processes

  • Manage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes

  • Facilitate client workshops and drive decision-making through structured communication and clear recommendations

  • Ensure strong delivery governance, including status reporting, action tracking, and maintaining high-quality project documentation

  • Oversee project financials, including budget planning, tracking, and ensuring alignment with scope and delivery objectives

  • Drive transparency, accountability, and effective communication across all levels of the organization

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and brokerage lifecycle

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders

  • Experience in workshop facilitation and leading client discussions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics in a structured way

  • Experience in delivery governance (status reporting, action tracking, documentation discipline)

  • Experience in project budget management and financial tracking

  • Ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2/C1)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation programs

  • Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery models

  • Knowledge of financial products (equities, fixed income, derivatives)

  • Experience working in international environments

  • Hybrid type of work with 2–3 office days per week 

  • The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
