Strategy & Consulting | PPA Functional Consultant – CFO & Enterprise Value
About the Role
We are looking for an PPA Functional Consultant to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice. The role focuses on Finance Transformation initiatives across Financial Close & Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management, helping clients improve finance processes and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Finance processes, including Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional solution designs.
- Support PPA implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver successful transformation programs. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to Finance transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PPA Consulting, Financial Close & Consolidation, FP&A, or related Finance functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Experience participating in business process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), Oracle FCCS, OneStream, or Anaplan.
- Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, and Performance Management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior Finance stakeholders in transformation programs.
Ideal Profile: Functional consultant with solid Finance process knowledge and experience supporting PPA-enabled transformation initiatives, capable of bridging business requirements and technology solutions.
