Role Description

As a Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will report to the CI UKI (UK and Ireland) Lead. You will be responsible for supporting clients in deploying and configuring threat intelligence tooling- including Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) and supporting capabilities. Independently or as part of a wider team, you will develop integrations between threat intelligence tooling and other client security applications; build workflows for collection, analysis, enrichment and intelligence dissemination; and support Accenture’s wider intelligence delivery activities across our client base.

Who You Are

You are a threat intelligence professional with experience analysing and tracking threat campaigns, adversary tooling, and infrastructure. You have experience developing, deploying, and configuring tools and capabilities that help organisations achieve their threat intelligence objectives.

You enjoy working collaboratively with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. You are comfortable working independently when required, while also contributing as part of a wider team. You value diverse perspectives and recognise that strong outcomes are achieved through effective collaboration, continuous learning, and well-defined processes.

You are naturally curious, proactive in solving problems, and motivated by helping clients strengthen their understanding of the threat landscape. Whether through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, or improving ways of working, you are committed to making a positive impact on both client outcomes and team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure and optimise threat intelligence tooling, including Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) and supporting capabilities, to meet client operational requirements.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between threat intelligence tooling and wider client security applications to improve intelligence-driven security operations.

  • Build and refine workflows for intelligence collection, analysis, enrichment and dissemination across client environments.

  • Support intelligence delivery activities, including the creation of regular and ad-hoc threat intelligence deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the wider intelligence function by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and supporting continuous improvement through tooling, automation and process development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in politics, intelligence, information technology, information security, or a related discipline; alternatively, equivalent knowledge gained through apprenticeship or vocational training.

  • Experience working in threat intelligence or a related cyber security field, typically gained over approximately three years or more.

  • Experience supporting the deployment, maintenance, or administration of threat intelligence tooling.

Essential skills:

  • Experience integrating Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), APIs, and threat data feeds with wider security tooling and workflows.

  • Knowledge of common threat intelligence frameworks and data models including MITRE ATT&CK, STIX and TAXII, Cyber Killchain, and threat modelling frameworks.

  • Experience developing or enhancing intelligence processes, workflows, or playbooks.

  • Ability to communicate threat intelligence effectively to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired skills:

  • Experience with Intelligence-Led Penetration Testing (ILPT) frameworks such as CREST STAR TI, CBEST, GBEST, TIBER-EU, CORIE, iCAST, or AASE.

  • Technical intelligence experience, including digital footprint analysis, infrastructure analysis, or malware and binary analysis.

  • Experience coordinating projects or supporting colleagues during client engagements.

  • Experience delivering presentations and building client relationships.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain UK national security clearance.
