🛠️ Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As part of Industry X, you will help transform how capital projects are delivered—bringing innovation, deep industry knowledge, and cutting-edge technology to our clients.
Your mission will be to:
- Lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Design, write, develop, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
- Implement MES solutions and integrate them with ERP systems and control equipment.
- Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
- Work closely with management and users to strategically define needs and design value-driven solutions.
- Document and analyze business information requirements, ensuring that appropriate solutions are delivered in compliance with GxP standards.
- Respond to customer requests for proposals.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
Requisitos
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with industry technologies:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with MES solutions in an automated manufacturing environment.
- Practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
- Leadership skills combined with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation abilities to nurture and inspire team members.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients at all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to senior leadership.
- Good level of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
Desirable: - Knowledge and experience with ERP, QMS, or LIMS systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CFR Part 11, and requirements for data quality, safety, and integrity.
- Understanding of validation processes in Life Sciences.
