Service Now Technical Consultant
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure ServiceNow applications, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
- Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and XML for business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, configurations, and integrations.
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades and maintenance, including testing and validating new releases and patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to ensure effective solutions and project success.
- Follow and promote best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards and documentation procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
