📌 Key Responsibilities
🔄 Data Migration & Transformation
- Lead end-to-end PLM data migration (ETL: extraction, transformation, loading).
- Define data mapping, business rules, and transformation logic.
- Implement validation checks to ensure data integrity before and after migration.
🛠️ PLM Configuration & Development
- Configure PLM applications (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) in dev/test environments.
- Support WRICEF development (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define source-target mappings.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate data insights.
- Train teams on ETL tools and best practices.
🧪 Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Identify data outliers, inconsistencies, and risks; define mitigation strategies.
- Optimize migration sequencing for efficiency and reliability.

Requisitos
🧠 Essential Skills
- 5+ years in PLM data migration (preferably Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens Teamcenter).
- Strong ETL expertise (Informatica, Talend, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of PLM data models, SQL databases, and data relationships.
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Knowledge of cloud-based data sources (AWS, Azure).
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
- Certifications in PLM platforms or ETL tools.
