HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
Your daily management and scope will consist in:
- Business Process design: Understand client business and requirements to define agenda for Process Design workshops, work with Process Lead to create content for different workshop sessions, help in driving the he As-Is and To-Be Process Design workshops with the client business leads
- Process-flow Development: Identify areas of synergy and streamline Client business processes. Create Process maps for the To-Be and As-Is state of client business. Leverage these Process-flows to get inputs from Client stakeholders for Requirement gathering.
- User Stories: Create user stories based on the Client requirements gathered and update the relevant SDLC Validation documents
- Tech implementation: Work with the Technical/ Configuration team and Client Business owner to implement the new technology solution, support Testing & Validation team in confirming the solution and provide inputs to the Change enablement team on creating communications & training material for Client end-users
Project Manager/ Coordinator
- Timelines and deliverables: Create project plans and timelines of the deliverables. Work with the process & technical team to deliver all the agreed upon documents/deliverables with highest quality
- Tracking and reporting: Track and monitor the project progress by coordinating with different workstream leads and maintaining project plan. Periodic reporting of the project progress to the relevant internal and client stakeholders. Review reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
- Risk and issues: Make sure all the risks and issues are highlighted to the business well in advance and all the required steps are being taken for mitigation
- Scope and Change management: Ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offsite teams and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes in scope
- Customer Relationship Management: To build and expand relationship with the stakeholders by continually understanding their need & requirements and work towards solving those issues

Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree/MBA/PHD (preferably but not mandatory)
- 3 - 8 + of years of progressive experience in Life Sciences /Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Companies or prior experience in Management Consulting.
- An advanced English Level is mandatory for this position.
- A positive, can-do attitude with high initiative who feels comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior executives in a range of environments.
- An industry expert that possesses excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills.
- High integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work. A diplomatic, flexible and good team player consultant.
