As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly, and contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. You will engage in discussions to enhance your knowledge and support your colleagues in resolving complex issues, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
