Contract Services Senior Analyst
岗位概述
我们正在寻找一名具备法律背景及合同管理经验的 Contract Services Senior Analyst，负责支持采购及业务相关合同的全生命周期管理。
该岗位需要独立推进合同从起草（Drafting）、审核（Review）、条款协商（Negotiation）到签署（Execution）的全过程，并能够识别和解释合同风险，与业务团队、采购团队、法务团队及供应商进行有效沟通，推动合同顺利落地。
法学专业背景为必备条件，具有2-3年以上律师事务所、企业法务或合同管理相关经验者优先。

核心职责
1. 合同起草与审核
根据公司标准模板起草、修改及管理各类商业合同；
审阅合同条款并完成Redline Review；
识别合同中的法律、商业及合规风险；
对非标准条款进行分析并提出修改建议；
确保合同内容符合公司政策及业务要求。
2. 合同谈判与风险控制
参与合同条款讨论及商务条款协商；
与供应商、业务团队及相关利益方沟通合同修改意见；
向业务团队解释合同条款可能带来的风险及业务影响；
对高风险条款进行升级处理并协调法务团队支持；
协助推动合同谈判达成一致。
3. 合同项目推进
独立管理合同全流程，从Draft到Negotiation再到Signing；
跟踪合同审批、评审及签署进度；
协调跨部门资源，解决合同推进过程中的问题；
确保合同按时完成并满足业务需求。
4. Stakeholder Management
与采购、法务及业务团队保持密切合作；
作为合同流程主要联络窗口，为内部客户提供支持；
建立良好的内部客户合作关系；
处理合同相关咨询及升级事项。
5. 合同管理与合规支持
维护合同档案及合同管理系统；
支持合同续签、变更及终止管理；
确保合同管理流程符合内部控制及合规要求；
支持审计及合同相关报告工作。
任职要求
法学本科或以上学历；
2-5年合同管理、企业法务或律师事务所工作经验；
能够独立完成合同审阅及Redline Review；
熟悉商业合同结构及关键法律条款；
具备合同风险识别及风险沟通能力；
具备一定合同谈判或条款协商经验；
能够独立推动合同从Draft到Signing全流程；
良好的英文读写能力，可审阅英文合同；
优秀的沟通协调及Stakeholder Management能力。
Preferred
2-3年以上律师事务所经验；
通过国家统一法律职业资格考试（法考）；
具有采购合同、服务合同、NDA、供应商协议等审核经验；
具有跨国企业、SSC或BPO工作经验；
熟悉合同管理系统及采购流程。
