Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions.
Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support effective decision-making.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into detailed process documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
Contribute to the development of business cases and support project planning activities.
Assist in validating solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Engage in continuous learning to deepen expertise and enhance contributions to team outcomes.
Note: role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Jersey City, NJ and client mandated 5 days away per quarter
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of work experience

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
