You will actively participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while guiding the implementation of effective solutions. Your role will be pivotal in creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a roadmap for successful process integration and technology adoption.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Salesforce Development, Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
