The Delivery Manager s overall responsibility is to ensure that the team delivers services to the customer and completes various project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliancy guidelines. Tasks performed include the following
KPI reporting reviews, consolidation and reporting to Steering meetings
Drive the process of KPI reporting against targets and contractual objectives
Assist self managing teams to coordinate resources and accepted work.
Monitor the team s workflow.
Provide guidance to team members.
Protect the team from outside tasking.
Challenge the team to implement team operational improvements.
Encourage and instill process improvements.
Serve as communication liaison between the team and the client stakeholders
Develop people through coaching and by fostering a positive work environment.
Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
Plan monthly reviews and planning sessions with team and product stakeholders.
