Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Develop digital storyboards and animation
Animate and edit videos
Conceptualise and execute work
Work across social platforms and formats
Communicate across all levels (both internal and external)
Present ideas and concepts articulately and confidently
Drive high-performance culture through efficiency
Keep abreast of social media and advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Design
Minimum 5 years experience as a Social Content / Media Designer in an Advertising Agency
Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. SharePoint/MS Teams etc.)
Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
Well versed in Digital (have a good understanding of social media KPI’s)
Excellent digital design, graphic and typographic skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong multitasking skills (ability to work across multiple platforms at given time)
An online portfolio showcasing creative designs

Team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure, conscientious and accountable for own actions and output
Ability to manage change in a fast paced industry on constantly changing platforms
