  • Gather technical and business requirements in a consultative manner and building product demos
  • Quickly assess new projects to identify scope and level of effort
  • Work with the customer to understand their unique business challenges and initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud workstream and ensure that data is connected appropriately
  • Design and implement strategies to improve lead generation, customer engagement, drive customer loyalty and achieve Sales growth.
  • Implement Salesforce Marketing, Sales and Service technical platforms, manage the project and drive acceptance through training and support
  • Responsible for facilitation of customer journey mapping workshops


  • Minimum of 5 years of campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Previous technology consulting work experience is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering).
  • Experience in Marketing cloud Technologies such as :Salesforce ,HubSpot , Adobe , Microsoft Dynamix
  • certifications (Admin, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant) helpful.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.


  • Hands on experience on Social Studio
  • Hands-on experience with Audience Builder
  • Have worked on DMP and CDP use cases
  • Knowledge on personalization Builder
  • Email Specialist Certification
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
