  • ESD reporting
  • Integrate with supply chain to ensure that there is consistent implementation, monitoring and reporting of ESD through efficient tracking systems and reporting processes
  • Support research efforts for opportunity identification for ESD and B-BBEE transactions with, strategic, non-strategic suppliers and new entrants in the market across selected commodities
  • Co-ordinate spend data collection for monthly dashboard reporting
  • ESD digital platform reporting
  • Collect ESD digital platform data, collate and visualise reports in preparation for client status meetings
  • Manage the ESD digital platform when required which will be key to interacting with the local communities and enabling them to access ESD support initiatives from the client
  • Create insights from predictive statistical modeling to deliver client value
  • Apply deep statistical and mathematical knowledge, tools and techniques to find relationships between and among variables.
  • Develop intellectual property involving specific analytical methodologies, mathematical modeling or optimization techniques and their applications to business issues.
  • Translate business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic solutions and identify appropriate data to support the solution.
  • Collaborate with Accenture and/or external consulting teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills.



  • Microsoft Power BI
  • SAP
  • Statistics / Finance / Business Administration studies
  • Expert level Excel
  • Intermediate level Power Point
  • Intermediate level PowerBI and/or other reporting tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc) will be advantageous
  • Understanding of Enterprise Data and associated ERP systems (SAP etc)

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • CIPS qualification will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of MPRDA, Mining Charter and DTI codes will be an added advantage
