We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team Accenture! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our colleagues get paid accurately and on time—every time! In this dynamic position, you'll take charge of end-to-end payroll processes, manage payroll programs, calculate and process payments, and make sure everything is in line with the latest regulations. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for employees with any payroll questions. YOUR MISSION: 

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments. 

• Validate payroll output files and issue pay slips to employees. 

• Prepare final payroll reports, check for discrepancies, and post entries to the general ledger. 

• Process annual accounts and maintain all necessary payroll documentation and reports. 

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including statutory statements, tax returns, and payroll deductions. 

• Support both internal and external payroll audits and perform internal payroll controls. 

• Address employee payroll questions, resolve escalations, and provide ongoing support. 

• Actively participate in identifying and implementing payroll process improvements.
