People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Portfolio & Delivery Management professionals plan, deliver and execute one or more projects and programs for Accenture or its clients, ensuring appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for building a personal relationship with key client staff 
  • Ability to perform successful service delivery, SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction 
  • Monitoring overall performance of services 
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth opportunities
  • Build service reports
  • Sponsor service delivery meetings 
  • Resource management with experience pulling in additional resources when needed e.g. specialist teams or people for specific issues opportunities 
  • Ability to remove all obstacles to insure customer satisfaction and or financial performance 
  • Ability to Communicate across organizational boundaries from engineers to senior managers 
  • 3rd party management responsibilities 
  • Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines
  • Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level 
  • Generating MIS reports dashboards with a view to appraise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision making process
  • Conduct governance checkpoints and status meetings
  • Create awareness on driving projects, process improvement strategy, methodology and ensure maximum operational efficiency
  • Administer scheduling systems, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures. 
  • Establish process controls to ensure all SLA s and KPI s are consistently met

Kvalifikácie

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of team management/supervisory experience with a team consisting of 50+ people
  • Minimum of 4 years of client management experience in an operations delivery environment 
  • Minimum of 2 years of process improvement experience 

 

Preferred Skill Requirements

  • Six sigma or lean certification
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience with social media and/or communication technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or Google Suite
  • Awareness of financials in the running of projects
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
