Nick leads Accenture's Health Payer Human Resource Advisory Practice. He is responsible for strategic work focused on enterprise transformation and managing change at scale, designing the workforce experience by understanding the workforce of the future and reinventing HR's response.
Nick spent his first 15 years at Accenture focused on providing talent and change management solutions to clients in the automotive and industrial equipment industry. Nick then lead a large health payer’s learning strategy and subsequent workforce development programs that were designed to yield value across payer front- and back-office functions. Nick has spent the last 12 years as part of Accenture Health, leading new skilling programs for provider electronic health record implementations, driving workforce optimization programs for state-run Medicaid operations and working across many payer organizations of all sizes.
Part of Nick’s current focus is the impact of artificial intelligence and digital on the workforce, and using workforce analytics to understand how to acquire, develop and provide “consumer-grade” employee experiences for the future workforce.
Nick is a founding member of the Accenture Leadership Center at the University of Wisconsin, and currently is an active board member for the Industrial Engineering Department. Nick lives in Milwaukee, Wisc. with his wife Laurie and three children.
