The research methodology utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a single graphical illustration of each vendor’s position within a given market. These reports come at an important time, given the intense focus that global supply chains are now under. Accenture’s view is that the pandemic exposed a lack of resilience and adaptiveness in many supply chains, while the ongoing need to adapt supply chains around customer needs and values is also accelerating. Agile cloud technology, digital connectivity, customer-centricity, resilience and sustainability are all now priorities for Chief Supply Chain Officers.
