LEADERSHIP

Rodolfo Eschenbach

Market Unit Lead – Latin America

Rodolfo Eschenbach is the market unit lead for Accenture in Latin America and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

Passionate about speed, Rodolfo believes technology is neutral and its potential depends on human intention and wisdom. This conviction led the newly graduated mechanical engineer to shift from the world of machines to dive into the vastness of information. He has led the digital transformation of the largest organizations in Latin America, and helped position Accenture at the forefront of Digital in Brazil and across the region during the company’s fastest five years of growth.

Once there, he reinvented his own career and began accelerating the transformation of companies, injecting them with new strategies and intelligent operations. He reinvented sectors such as mining, energy, manufacturing, and others. Throughout his journey, Accenture has doubled in size globally and increased its market value more than sevenfold in 15 years, while Latin America emerged as an innovation hub for the company.

Today, he accelerates enterprise transformation with new strategies and intelligent operations—reimagining sectors from mining and energy to manufacturing. Over the past three years, he has led a workforce of 48,000-person across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica, who are focused on improving lives through advanced, precise, and secure innovation.

Committed to social impact, Rodolfo serves on the deliberative council of United Way Brasil and partners with Gerando Falcões. He holds a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica de São Paulo, an Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC, and completed executive studies at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
