We are committed to the health and well-being of all our people and their families. Because to be your best and do your best, at work and at home, we know you must be healthy and well.
Our aspiration is that our people and their families are thriving physically, mentally and financially. By breaking down the stigma, letting our people know it's ok to not be ok, and empowering them to prioritize their health, we create belonging and help our people build resilience.

Support for our people
We offer learning to help our people understand the signs that a colleague needs help, how to have a conversation about mental health and the steps to take to support someone in need, including Mental Health Essentials and a series of courses created in partnership with Stanford Medicine and Thrive Global.
We offer innovative tools and resources to support mental health and well-being, including Thrive Global, Talkspace, Calm, Wysa, RethinkCare, Employee Assistance Program and Virgin Pulse.
Mental health allies
Our global network of 8,900+ trained Mental Health Allies provides compassionate support and connects individuals in need to professional help.
The comprehensive hub provides our people—and their dependents—with a central resource for mental health and well-being offerings. The site features a chatbot that helps individuals identify the best offering for their specific needs.
In this report prepared by Accenture for This Can Happen, we examine the role of company culture and its impact on younger workers. In particular, the previously held belief that 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health challenge is looked at more closely.
The report reveals that 93 percent of workers in the UK will have been touched by mental health challenges by the age of 30, and that these younger employees are more reluctant to tell their employers about what is going on than their older peers.
