Out of a total of 15 service providers that were evaluated, Accenture was positioned highest in both Vision & Capability and Market Impact.

Accenture has been positioned a Leader with the top scores in the Strategy and Current Offering categories in The Forrester Wave™: IT Sustainability Service Providers, Q3 2023 authored by Abhijit Sunil.

Forrester defines IT Sustainability Services as: services related to environmental sustainability and carbon footprint reduction exclusively in the enterprise IT stack, covering IT in the workplace, IT development, and IT infrastructure. Accenture has been ranked the No. 1 services provider to the capital markets industry globally in a recent report from industry analyst firm HFS Research.

The report, “HFS Top 10: Capital Markets Services, 2022,” assesses and rates 11 leading service providers across a variety of criteria. In addition to achieving the No. 1 position overall, Accenture ranked No. 1 in technology innovation and in alignment with the HFS OneOffice™ vision of digital transformation in action.

In giving Accenture the top rating, HFS pointed to a variety of factors, including its:

  • Leadership in end-to-end multi-tower deals, “with proven strength across capital markets sub-sectors”, including wealth and asset management, investment banking and market infrastructure.

The “HFS Top 10: Employee Experience Services” report assessed 12 service providers, examining how they are evolving their practices to support the rapidly changing dynamics of employee experience and HR services within organizations. Accenture has been named a Leader in three new reports by analyst firm Everest Group which assessed providers on platform IT, Salesforce and Duck Creek services in the insurance industry.

Accenture is ranked the highest across both assessment dimensions — Vision & Capability and Market Impact – and positioned as a Leader in two reports: the inaugural Everest Group Salesforce Services in Insurance PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022 and Everest Group Duck Creek Services in Insurance PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022 — the latter for the second consecutive time.
