Full Stack Java + React Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Full Stack Java + React Senior Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features across the entire technology stack, from user experience and frontend development to backend services and cloud infrastructure. We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js, capable of designing and delivering scalable, cloud-first solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React.js and Next.js
- Hands on experience in Hibernate ORM and RESTful API design and development
- Advanced proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development
- Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 or above)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support modern distributed architectures
- Develop cloud-first solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices
- Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and frontend applications
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and user experience
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Full Stack development technologies and engineering best practices
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to key technical decisions across multiple teams
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes
