What You’ll Do
The Hub Lead (Operations Lead) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the hub, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong team performance, and continuous improvement of processes. This role combines operational execution with team leadership and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with business objectives and service quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in operations, team leadership, or process management, with a strong focus on delivering results, optimizing workflows, and developing people.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to processes
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Handle operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Delivery Leads, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment on priorities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights to relevant stakeholders
Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery models
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or operational systems/CRMs
- Good understanding of risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in resource planning and workload management

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer operations (previous experience in Banking or similar is a plus)
- Proven experience in a lead / supervisory role
- Experience on delivering results in a process-driven and KPI-focused environment
- Experience in managing teams, handling escalations, and improving operational performance
- Exposure to hub-based or centralized operations environments is a plus
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field
· English level: C1 (advanced proficiency required).
Working Conditions:
- May be required to work on Client-observed holidays and local holidays
- Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.
