Job Summary
Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate Security Delivery Consultant to work from our office located in Porto (hybrid working is allowed). Applicants must have Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering Degree or relevant working experience and full professional proficiency in English. Experience and/or knowledge in some fields of Information Security is valuable.
Selected candidates will take part in Security projects for global & leading companies across Europe.
Responsibilities
Lead or support the design, implementation, and delivery of Zero Trust architectures and Cloud Security solutions (with a focus on AWS)
Evaluate client environments and develop security strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles, including identity, device, network, workload, and data protection
Design and deploy cloud-native security controls in AWS across IAM, encryption, network segmentation, logging, threat detection, and compliance monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps, cloud migration, and transformation initiatives
Assist clients in maturing their cloud security posture, improving detection and response capabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Support security solution development, architecture reviews, and implementation plans tailored to client-specific requirements
Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and client presentations
Provide leadership and mentor junior team members (Manager level)
Requisitos
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in security consulting, cloud security, or Zero Trust-related projects
Solid understanding of Zero Trust Security models and their practical implementation across identity, networks, data, and endpoints
Hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Security, including:
- IAM and access policies
- Security groups and network segmentation
- Encryption (KMS)
- CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub
- AWS Config, Macie, Inspector
Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-207, CIS AWS Benchmark, ISO/IEC 27001)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Security Specialty or other relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional)
Experience with DevSecOps practices, IaC security (Terraform, CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipeline integration
Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and threat detection tooling in cloud environments
Experience with identity federation, MFA, and endpoint security in Zero Trust contexts
Project management or team leadership experience (Manager level)
Fluency in other European languages is a plus
