About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Salesforce Business Consultant. If you have experience analyzing business processes and implementing innovative solutions using the Salesforce platform, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business processes, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions using Salesforce.
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Salesforce processes and specifications.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automations.
- Manage users, profiles, roles, and access within Salesforce.
- Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Flow and reports/dashboards.
- Salesforce certifications (preferably Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales).
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
