Identity & Access Management Manager - PAM Specialist (CyberArk)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Identity Manager with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk to join our security team. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of privileged access controls, leveraging PAM technologies to secure critical identities and reduce risk. You will play a key role in managing privileged access, driving PAM strategy, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep practical experience in PAM technologies, particularly CyberArk, and excel in managing identity security across diverse enterprise systems.
You will participate in identity security initiatives across the organization, combining technical specialization with leadership responsibilities.
You will champion a security-first culture, lead initiatives that strengthen identity governance, reduce risk exposure, and continuously improve the organization’s overall security posture.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of privileged access management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk to secure critical systems and identities.
Develop and enforce identity security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Manage the CyberArk platform lifecycle, including configuration, upgrades, and integration with enterprise systems.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align PAM initiatives with organizational objectives.
Monitor and optimize privileged access controls, proactively identifying risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in identity governance processes and PAM operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and act as a subject matter expert for identity security.
Support audits and compliance assessments, delivering evidence and remediation plans as needed.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Proven experience in Digital Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Expertise in CyberArk solutions including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) and integration with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) for PAM operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architectures, SASE framework and/or cloud-native security networks.
Experienced in the full lifecycle of network deployment and management, from end-to-end implementation and configuration to maintenance, vulnerability assessment, architecture review and detailed technical documentation.
Experience with network monitoring, logging, and security event management.
Demonstrated strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills in professional environments with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field
Certifications such as:
· CyberArk Trustee/Defender
· CISSP
· CISM
· CyberArk Guardian
· CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
· CyberArk Identity Certifications – Focused on SSO, MFA, and cloud identity
Additional Information
Flexibility for occasionally travels within Europe for key project deliveries and client meetings.
